TecHome Builder Magazine Honors Best in Integrated Home Technology

their latest in a string of recent award triumphs as recipients of
three Innovative Housing Technology Awards (IHTA): the Best Integrator
in the Nation, the Southeast Regional Home Technology Integrator
Excellence and the Coolest New Electronic House awards presented by
TecHome Builder Magazine. Recipients were honored at an awards banquet
on June 25th during the Pacific Coast Builder's Conference (PCBC).

The Innovative Housing Technology Awards (IHTA's) recognize
significant advances and best practices by product manufacturers,
Electronic Systems Contractors and builders in technology development
for, and implementation by, the housing industry. Intended to
stimulate the development of innovative new products, materials and
systems for residential construction, the IHTA's are amongst the most
prestigious awards in the industry.

Six Electronic Systems Contractors were recognized, one in each
major US region (Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, Southeast, Midwest,
Mountain, and Western), for Home Technology Integrator Excellence with
S&S Electric gaining the Southeast Region's honor. Out of the six
winners, S&S Electric was further recognized as the Best Integrator in
the Nation, thus recognizing the highest success rate in the nation
when it comes to homebuilder partnerships including technology
marketing and sales, design and installation and post-occupancy
service

security and electrical infrastructure, showing how a successful match
was made with the homebuyer's lifestyle needs.
