Steelers record 10th straight victory over Browns
NEW YORK (Reuters) - The Pittsburgh Steelers beat the Cleveland Browns for the 10th consecutive time on Sunday, the 10-6 victory maintaining the visiting team's unbeaten start to the season.
Pittsburgh quarterback Ben Roethlisberger connected with Hines Ward on an 11-yard touchdown pass in the second quarter and Jeff Reed added a 48-yard field goal in the third to give the Steelers (2-0) an unassailable 10-0 lead.
Cleveland (0-2) responded with field goals of 31 and 38 yards by Phil Dawson but were unable to get any closer.
The Steelers, buoyed by 105 rushing yards from Willie Parker, last lost to the Browns in 2003.
