NEW YORK, June 12 (Reuters) - Some U.S. stocks to watch on Thursday:
ANHEUSER BUSCH (BUD.N)
Shares of Anheuser Busch Companies Inc (BUD.N) rose in extended-hours trading on Wednesday after the brewer said it received an unsolicited $65 per share takeover bid from Belgian rival InBev NV INTB.BR.
Anheuser shares were up 6.5 percent to $62.12 after the closing bell.
LEHMAN BROTHERS LEH.N
Banc of America Securities cut its price target on Lehman Brothers to $23 from $37, saying it expects fixed income sales and trading, which accounted for more than half of its revenue in 2007, to slow down over the next few quarters.[ID:nBNG340923]
Shares closed at $23.75 on the NYSE.
KEYCORP (KEY.N)
