PARIS, Sept 20 (Reuters) - France Telecom's (FTE.PA) Orange will sell the Apple (AAPL.O) iPhone in France from end-November, Chief Executive Didier Lombard said during an industry event in Hanoi on Thursday.

A company spokesman confirmed that Lombard had said at the event that France Telecom had signed a deal with Apple and added he expected the iPhone to spur sales in France.

Lombard said Orange would not subsidise the handset.

The spokeswoman gave no further details.

The TechCrunch website said on Monday the iPhone would be sold in France from Nov. 29 and the handset itself would cost 300 euros.
