PARIS (Reuters) - Personal computer maker Dell Inc. (DELL.O) said on Tuesday it had picked Carrefour (CARR.PA), the world's second biggest retailer, to distribute its notebook and desktop PCs in France, Spain and Belgium.

In a statement, Dell said its computers would be available at 365 Carrefour stores, starting in January, with plans to widen the agreement to other countries later in the year.

Dell has been putting in place agreements with retailers all over the world after breaking in May with its direct sales-only business model.
