LOS ANGELES (Hollywood Reporter) - Bravo had double the reason to celebrate Thursday as its Emmy-nominated "Top Chef" and "Kathy Griffin: My Life on the D-List" posted record ratings this week.

"Top Chef" -- which garnered its first Emmy nom Thursday in the reality-competition program category -- averaged 2.1 million total viewers at 10 p.m. Wednesday, according to Nielsen Media Research. That makes it Season 3's most-watched episode after five episodes. It also averaged 1.4 million viewers in the adults 18-49 demo.

"Top Chef 3 Miami" has posted a 28 percent increase in total viewers over the comparable five episodes from Season 2 (2 million vs. 1.6 million) and an 18 percent increase in adults 18-49 (1.3 million vs. 1.1 million).

Meanwhile, "D-List," which received its second nom in the reality program category, drew its best numbers this week as 1.1 million total viewers and 787,000 adults 18-49 tuned in at 10 p.m. Tuesday.

Through six episodes in Cycle 3, "D-List" is up 77 percent from the same number of episodes from Cycle 2 in 18-49 (670,000 vs. 379,000) and up 68 percent in total viewers (910,000 vs. 541,000).

The week of July 23, Bravo is airing "Top Chef: Watch What Happens Special" at 10 p.m. Wednesday, while "D-List" has its season finale at 10 p.m. Tuesday.
