LOS ANGELES (Hollywood Reporter) - Spike TV has officially joined "The Factory" line.

The young men's cable network has given the green light to its first original comedy series, which revolves around four small-town factory workers who keep busy avoiding their mundane work.

"Factory," set to premiere at 10 p.m. June 29, is directed, produced by and stars Mitch Rouse, the co-creator of Comedy Central's "Strangers With Candy." Spike has ordered six episodes.
