ZURICH, April 25 (Reuters) - Swiss engineering group Sulzer (SUN.S) said on Wednesday that Deutsche Bank (DBKGn.DE) held a 22.46 percent stake in the group, with 1.78 percent held in shares and 20.27 percent in long call options.

Deutsche Bank also held 0.41 percent in short put options, the group said.

Last week Russian-held Renova Group and Austrian investment firm Victory said they held a 32 percent stake in Sulzer, with 18 percent held via shares and 14 percent held through options.

"Sulzer has no additional information if this is related to the announcement of the Renova Group on April 20," Sulzer said in a statement.
