LONDON (Reuters) - Ratings agency Standard & Poor's is reviewing the impact of Israel's attacks on Gaza on the country's credit rating but no decisions have been taken, an S&P spokesman said on Monday.

S&P analysts "are reviewing the implications of the developments in Gaza on sovereign creditworthiness, but have taken no decisions as yet," S&P's Matthew McAdam said in an e-mail in response to a question from Reuters.

S&P rates Israel at "A" with a stable outlook. It cut the outlook to stable from positive in October, citing as one factor the lack of real progress on negotiations with the Palestinian Authority.

Israeli aircraft attacked the Gaza Strip for a third day on Monday in an offensive that has killed more than 300 Palestinians. Earlier on Monday, ratings agency Fitch said it saw no immediate ratings impact from the attacks.
