Dec 12 (Reuters) - Security Capital Assurance Ltd SCA.N said it has a plan to address additional capital requirements of its financial guarantee insurance and reinsurance subsidiaries after Fitch Ratings placed the units under rating watch negative.
"Our plan involves a range of options for increasing our capital position within the time period indicated by Fitch," Chief Executive Paul Giordano said in a statement. (Reporting by Supantha Mukherjee in Bangalore)
