BUCHAREST (Reuters) - U.S. President George W. Bush arrived in the Romanian capital, Bucharest, on Tuesday to attend a NATO summit.

Bush will urge Washington's NATO allies to send more troops to Afghanistan during the summit, which starts on Wednesday. He also wants to maintain the momentum of the alliance's eastward expansion and hopes to ease strains in relations with Russia.
