LONDON (Reuters) - Britain is not considering cutting off aid to Pakistan despite President Pervez Musharraf's declaration of emergency rule, British Foreign Secretary David Miliband said on Monday.

Asked at a news conference if he would consider linking British development aid to Pakistan to human rights issues, Miliband said: "Now is not the time for threats to aid that is important for the Pakistani people."
