(Reuters) - Following is a schedule of working sessions and bilateral meetings taking place during the summit of the Group of Eight (G8) industrialized nations in Heiligendamm. The 3-day summit ends on Friday.

All times are GMT and subject to change:

FRIDAY, JUNE 8

0555 - French President Nicolas Sarkozy meets U.S. President George W. Bush

0700 - G8 working session with representatives of African countries: Egypt, Algeria, Nigeria, Senegal, South Africa and African Union president Ghana. U.N. Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon to attend

0830 - (tentative) British Prime Minister Tony Blair meets Nigeria President Umaru Yar'Adua

0845 - G8 working session with the five so-called G8 Outreach countries: India, China, Brazil, Mexico and South Africa

1045 - Blair meets Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh

1100 - Working luncheon of G8 leaders and Outreach representatives

1230 - Russian President Vladimir Putin meets Blair

1240 - Sarkozy meets Chinese President Hu Jintao

1300 - German Chancellor Angela Merkel holds concluding news conference as G8 president

1330 - Putin holds news conference

1330 - Sarkozy holds news conference

1445 - Putin meets Hu
