BRUSSELS (Reuters) - The European Union will put its ties with Russia under review due to Moscow's intervention in Georgia and the bloc could also consider whether to continue some areas of dialogue, a draft EU leaders summit declaration said.

"The Union will remain vigilant," said the draft, obtained by Reuters, adding the review "may lead to decisions on the continuation of discussions on the future of relations between the Union and Russia in various areas."
