DUBAI (Reuters) - Al Qaeda leader Osama bin Laden said the Palestinian territories could not be liberated without fighting Arab governments which supported Israel, according to an audio tape posted on the Internet on Sunday.

The speaker said Israel was weak without Western backing, accusing Arab governments such as Egypt of siding with the West and Israel against Islam.
