Colombia says three rescued Americans on way to U.S.

BOGOTA (Reuters) - Three Americans rescued by Colombian soldiers after years as hostages of leftist rebels were on their way to the United States on Wednesday, Colombia's government said.

"At this time they are flying toward the United States to be with their families," Colombian Defense Minister Juan Manuel Santos said.
