HOUSTON (Reuters) - ConocoPhillps said on Sunday night its 247,000 barrel per day (bpd) Alliance, Louisiana, refinery near New Orleans was completely shut ahead of approaching Hurricane Gustav.
Conoco's 239,000 bpd Lake Charles, Louisiana, refinery continues to shut down.
