New Issue-Universal Health Services sells $250 mln notes

 Sept 15 (Reuters) - Universal Health Services Inc (UHS.N) on Wednesday sold $250 million of senior notes in the 144a private placement market, said IFR, a Thomson Reuters service.
 JP Morgan and Deutsche Bank were the joint bookrunning managers for the sale.
