CHICAGO North Dakota police said on Saturday they are still searching for a killer who shot four people dead in two separate locations in the town of Minot, including three victims with the same last name.
No one has been arrested in connection with the crimes, which happened just before 2 p.m. local time on Friday, but one man has been questioned, Minot Police Sergeant Winston Black said.
"Whoever committed these crimes is on the loose and has not been brought to justice," Black said, adding that police are still tracking leads.
The investigation has established that Sabrina Zephier, 19, was found dead at her residence and that the bodies of three other victims, Dylan Zephier, 13, Jolene Zephier, 38, and Jeremy Longie, 22, were found at a Minot trailer park.
Jason Olson, a Minot Police Captain, said the killer appeared to have specifically targeted the victims.
Minot is located in the northern part of the state, about 100 miles north of Bismarck.
