(Reuters) - BP reported a release of materials from the coker drum at its 125,700 barrel-per-day joint-venture refinery in Toledo, Ohio, due to a faulty motor-operated valve.

In a filing with regulators, the company said a manual valve was closed to stop the leak, while the motor operated valve was removed and replaced.

The refinery is co-owned by Husky Energy Inc.
