Russia's new economy minister says measures to spur growth needed

MOSCOW (Reuters) - Maxim Oreshkin, Russia's newly appointed economy minister, told President Vladimir Putin on Wednesday he saw his main task as coming up with measures to spur economic growth.

"There are a lot of limitations (to growth)," Oreshkin told Putin, according to a transcript published on the Kremlin's web site.
