AMSTERDAM (Reuters) - Dutch staffing company Randstad NV (RAND.AS) launched its 3.3 billion euro ($5.2 billion) bid for its rival Vedior VDOR.AS on Wednesday.
Randstad said in a statement in a Dutch newspaper the acceptance period starts on April 2 and will end on May 9, unless extended.
The offer will be declared unconditional if 66.67 percent of all Vedior shares will be tendered, owned and committed, Randstad said.
It also said it reiterated its first quarter outlook of earnings before interest, taxes and amortization (EBITDA) of least 100 million euros.
