Congress will likely avoid digging into the affair that led to David Petraeus resigning as CIA director unless evidence of a crime is revealed, says Reuters correspondent Mark Hosenball. While Republicans are eager to investigate the CIA over the attacks on the Benghazi consulate in September, they're less interested in pursuing the private affair between Petraeus and Paula Broadwell.
