New Issue-Wells Fargo sells $3.5 bln TLGP notes in two parts

 March 25 (Reuters) - Wells Fargo & Co (WFC.N) on Wednesday sold $3.5 billion FDIC-guaranteed global notes under the Temporary Liquidity Guarantee Program in two parts, market sources said.
 The size of the deal was increased from an originally planned $3 billion.
 Goldman Sachs, J.P. Morgan, Morgan Stanley, and Wachovia were the joint bookrunning managers for the sale.
