NAIROBI (Reuters) - Former U.N. Secretary-General Kofi Annan on Monday called on Kenya to set up a truth and reconciliation commission to help heal divisions after more than a month of politically-motivated ethnic unrest.

"A Truth, Justice and Reconciliation Commission that includes local and international jurists should be established," Annan, flanked by representatives from Kenya's government and opposition, told a news conference in Nairobi.
