Ecuador breaks off relations with Colombia
BOGOTA (Reuters) - Ecuador has broken off diplomatic relations with Colombia after a dispute over Colombian troops killing a top FARC rebel in Ecuadorean territory, Colombia's foreign ministry said on Monday.
