(Reuters) - Following are security developments in Iraq at 8:30 a.m. EDT on Monday.

SAMARRA - A roadside bomb wounded the mayor of Samarra, Mahmoud Khalif, and four of his guards in central Samarra, 100 km (60 miles) north of Baghdad, police said.

ISKANDARIYA - A roadside bomb killed one person and wounded three others when it struck their car in Iskandariya, 40 km (25 miles) south of Baghdad, police said.
