KIGALI (Reuters) - Rwanda's foreign minister accused Democratic Republic of Congo's troops of shooting over the countries' common border on Wednesday during fighting between the Congolese army and Congolese Tutsi rebels in eastern Congo.

"There was an incursion at the border when Congolese forces of FARDC (army) fired into Rwanda," Rwandan Foreign Minister Rosemary Museminali told Reuters in Rwanda's capital Kigali.

"Immediately they did that Rwanda talked to the Congolese government and they withdrew. Rwanda did not go on hot pursuit into D.R. Congo," she said.
