Venezuela says withdraws Peru envoy in asylum spat
CARACAS (Reuters) - Venezuela is withdrawing its ambassador to Peru and "evaluating" bilateral relations after Lima gave asylum to Venezuelan opposition leader Manuel Rosales, who faces corruption charges.
