** Media company UTV Software Communications Ltd (UTVS.BO) said it agreed to buy the remaining stake in UMP Plc (UMP.L) for about $195 million as it tries to integrate its movie business. [ID:nBNG44335].

** Israeli Delek Energy Systems DEOL.TA is selling its Delek Energy (Vietnam) LLC subsidiary to Premier Oil Plc (PMO.L), and will receive $83.9 million for the sale. [ID:nLK130163]

** Cossette Inc (KOS.TO), a Canadian communication services provider, said it received an unsolicited offer from privately held Cosmos Capital Inc at C$4.95 per share in cash, valuing the company at about C$78.2 million ($70.8 million). [ID:nBNG239208]
