SANAA, June 5, (Reuters) - At least two people were killed and 15 injured on Sunday in Sanaa when a grenade exploded at a facility used by a general who backed opposition groups calling for the Yemeni president's ouster, a medical source said.
The cause of the explosion was unknown and a separate military source said it may have been accidental.
Members of President Ali Abdullah Saleh's inner circle have blamed General Ali Mohsen, who has broken from Saleh and sided with the protesters, for an attack on the presidential palace on Friday that injured Saleh. (Reporting by Mohammed Ghobari; Writing by Jon Herskovitz)
