NTPIA Corporation Co., Ltd announced that the previously announced, on March 3, 2008, spin-off of its Semiconductor Design Division into a newly established wholly owned subsidiary, and merger of the new entity and Nano Technics Co.,Ltd, have been concluded on June 3, 2008. 22,511,958 new shares have been issued with the merger.
