C.P. Pokphand Co Ltd Proposes Final Dividend

C.P. Pokphand Co Ltd announced that the Board has proposed the payment of a final dividend for 2012 of HKD0.016 (approximately equivalent to USD0.00205) (2011: HKD0.020 (approximately equivalent to USD0.00256)) per share to the ordinary share holders and convertible preference share holders of the Company. Subject to shareholders’ approval at the forthcoming annual general meeting of the Company to be held on June 7, 2013, the final dividend will be paid on or about June 25, 2013 to the ordinary share holders and convertible preference share holders, whose names appear on the register of members of the Company on June 18, 2013.
