Clear Media Ltd Recommends Special Dividend

Clear Media Ltd announced that the Board of Directors has recommended to pay a special dividend to shareholders of HKD1.32 per share which is equivalent to HKD698,280,660 based on 529,000,500 outstanding shares as of the date of this announcement. The special dividend has been classified as a separate component in equity and it has not been recognised as a liability in the condensed consolidated financial statements. The special dividend is subject to the approval by the shareholders at the special general meeting on August 27, 2013.
