Cheuk Nang Holdings Ltd Announces Change Of Auditors

Cheuk Nang Holdings Ltd announced that BDO Limited (BDO) has resigned as auditors of the Company and its subsidiaries (the Group) with effect from February 8, 2013, as the Group could not reach consensus with BDO on the auditors’ remuneration in respect of the audit for the year ending June 30, 2013. The Board further announces that Grant Thornton Hong Kong Limited (GTHK) has been appointed by the Board as the auditors of the Group with effect from February 19, 2013, to fill the casual vacancy left by the resignation of BDO and GTHK will hold office until the conclusion of the forthcoming annual general meeting of the Company.
