GMB Korea Corp announced that it has established a new wholly owned subsidiary in China to improve sales in China and decrease distribution and tax costs. The new entity, capitalized at KRW 1,074,800,000, is mainly engaged in the sales. The transaction settlement date is December 26, 2012.
