Halla Climate Control Corp announced that it has decided to acquire 25,000 shares, or a 100% stake in Visteon Climate Engineering Services Deutschland GmbH, a Germany-based company, which mainly engaged in automotive air conditioning products, for KRW 7,819,030,000 to securing a global production base. The merger effective date is January 31, 2013. The Company also announced that it has decided to acquire a 100% stake in Visteon Ardennes Industries SAS, a Czech Republic-based company, which mainly engaged in research and management of automotive air conditioning products, for KRW 856,880,000. The merger effective date is January 31, 2013.
