Alco Holdings Limited Recommends Final Dividend

Alco Holdings Limited announced that its Directors have recommended the payment of a final dividend of HKD0.03 (2011: final dividend of HK0.14 and special dividend of HKD0.08) per ordinary share for the year ended March 31, 2012 to the shareholders whose names appear on the register of members of the Company on August 28, 2012. Subject to shareholders’ approval at the forthcoming annual general meeting of the Company, which is scheduled on August 20, 2012, the final dividend is expected to be paid on September 7, 2012.
