New Focus Auto Tech Holdings Ltd. Announces Change Of Chief Executive Officer

New Focus Auto Tech Holdings Ltd. announced that Mr. Hong Wei-Pi, John (Mr. Hung) has resigned with effect from February 1, 2012, as the Chief Executive Officer of the Company, but will remain as Executive Director and the Chairman of the Company. Mr. Hung resigned as the Chief Executive Officer of the Company in order to be focused on providing the leadership for the Board and to comply with the provisions of the Code on Corporate Governance Practices Appendix 14 to Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (Listing Rule) which provides that the roles of the Chairman and the Chief Executive Officer should be separate and should not be performed by the same individual. The Board announced that Mr. Raymond N. Chang (Mr. Chang) has been appointed as an Executive Director and the Chief Executive Officer of the Company with effect from February 1, 2012.
