Come Sure Group (Holdings) Ltd Proposes Final Dividend

Come Sure Group (Holdings) Ltd announced that the Board proposed the payment of a final dividend of HKD0.022 per share (2012: HKD0.012 cents) for the Year, amounting to approximately HKD8.0 million in total. The proposed final dividend is subject to the passing of an ordinary resolution by the shareholders of the Company at the forthcoming annual general meeting of the Company. The record date for entitlement to the proposed final dividend is September 10, 2013. It is expected that the final dividend will be paid on or around September 30, 2013.
