Far East Global Group Limited Announces Board Changes

Far East Global Group Limited announced that Mr. Kwok Yeung Kwong (Mr. Kwok) has tendered his resignation as an executive director, the Chief Executive Officer (the CEO), the authorised representative, a member of nomination committee and a member of remuneration committee of the Company with effect from July 4, 2011 for his own personal reason. The Board announced that Mr. Huang Brad (Mr. Huang), the current chairman of the Company, will serve as the interim CEO of the Company immediately following Mr. Kwok’s resignation. He will also replace Mr. Kwok to be the authorised representative of the Company with effect from July 4, 2011.
