Xiangyu Dredging Holdings Ltd Announces Interim Dividend

Xiangyu Dredging Holdings Ltd announced that the Directors have resolved to declare an interim dividend of HKD0.02 per share for the six months ended June 30, 2012 (2011: nil). The date of closure of register of members of the Company for the purpose of determining the identity of shareholders to be entitled to receive the interim dividend and the payment date of the said interim dividend will be announced later.
