UniCredit SpA Completes Bank Polska Kasa Opieki SA. Stake Sale-Reuters

Reuters reported that UniCredit SpA said it had raised around EUR890 million ($1.21 billion) from the sale of a 9.1% stake in Bank Polska Kasa Opieki SA.
