Haier Electronics Group Co Ltd announced that Ms. Yang Mian Mian (Ms. Yang) has tendered notice, and the Board has accepted the tendering of such notice by Ms. Yang, to the Company that she will retire as an executive director of the Company (the Director(s)) and Chairman of the Company with effect from June 25, 2013 as she has reached the age of retirement. With effect from the same date, Ms. Yang has been appointed as the Senior Advisor of the Company. The Board has resolved to appoint Mr. Zhou Yun Jie (Mr. Zhou), being the Company’s Chief Executive Officer and an executive Director as the Chairman of the Company with effect from June 25, 2013.
