Zhidao International Holdings Ltd:Entered into Placing Agreement pursuant to which the Company has conditionally agreed to place, through the Placing Agent on a best effort basis, an aggregate maximum of 330,000,000 Placing Shares.Says the aggregate nominal value of the Placing Shares under the Placing will be HK$3,300,000.Says placing Price of HK$0.985.Says maximum gross proceeds from the Placing will be approximately HK$325 million.Net proceeds from the Placing will amount to approximately HK$324 million which is intended to be used for funding potential acquisition in the future; and for the general working capital of the Group to meet any future business development plans and obligations.  Full Article
