TOKYU CONSTRUCTION CO LTD:Says the company increased the consolidated full-year outlook for revenue to 296,300 million yen from 292,000 million yen for FY ended March 2016.Operating profit forecast increased to 18,100 million yen from 14,400 million yen.Ordinary profit forecast increased to 19,700 million yen from 15,400 million yen.Net profit forecast increased to 13,100 million yen from 10,300 million yen.Earnings per share increased to 122.75 yen from 96.51 yen.Comments the increased income from completed construction is the main reason for the forecast.Raised year-end dividend forecast to 20 yen per share from 15 yen per share for FY ended March 2016.  Full Article

TOKYU CONSTRUCTION CO LTD:Says the company reaffirmed the consolidated mid-year outlook for revenue at 115,000 mln yen for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2016.Operating profit forecast increased to 4,700 mln yen from 3,400 mln yen.Ordinary profit forecast increased to 5,200 mln yen from 3,700 mln yen.Net profit forecast increased to 3,300 mln yen from 2,500 mln yen.Earnings per share increased to 30.92 yen from 23.43 yen.Says the company increased the consolidated full-year outlook for revenue to 294,000 mln yen from 268,000 mln yen, for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2016.Operating profit forecast increased to 11,400 mln yen from 8,000 mln yen.Ordinary profit forecast increased to 12,500 mln yen from 8,600 mln yen.Net profit forecast increased to 8,200 mln yen from 6,000 mln yen.Earnings per share increased to 76.84 yen from 56.22 yen.Comments new construction orders and improved construction profit are the main reasons for the forecast.  Full Article

TOKYU CONSTRUCTION CO LTD:Says the company lowered the consolidated mid-year outlook for revenue to 115,000 mln yen from 122,000 mln yen for the fiscal year ending March 2016.Operating profit forecast increased to 3,400 mln yen from 2,400 mln yen.Ordinary profit forecast increased to 3,700 mln yen from 2,500 mln yen.Net profit forecast increased to 2,500 mln yen from 1,900 mln yen.Earnings per share increased to 23.43 yen from 17.80 yen.Says revenue outlook lowered due to delay of a part of construction work, profit outlook raised due to improvement in profitability of construction work, increased dividends received and tax expenses.  Full Article
