NVC Lighting Holding Ltd Announces Board Changes
NVC Lighting Holding Ltd announced that Mr. Wu Changjiang (Mr. Wu) has resigned as the Chairman of the Board of Directors, executive Director of the Company, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Company, and from all committees of the Board of Directors of the Company with effect from May 24, 2012, for personal reasons. Mr. Wu has also resigned from all positions that he is currently holding in all subsidiaries of the Company with effect from May 24, 2012. The Board also announced that, with effect from May 24, 2012, Mr. Andrew Y. Yan, who is currently a non-executive Director of the Company, has been elected as the Chairman of the Board of Directors; and Mr. ZHANG Kaipeng has been appointed as the CEO of the Company
