Acer Incorporated announced that the Company will use USD 170 million worth of shares, with 4.23726244 shares to be exchanged for one share of iGware Inc., to acquire 53.125% of iGware Inc.'s total shares outstanding, and invest another USD 150 million to acquire the remaining 46.875% stake in iGware Inc.
