Foxconn Technology Co. Ltd To Participate In Tender Offer For Nokia Siemens Networks' Manufacturing Assets-DJ

Dow Jones reported that according to Finnish newspaper, Nokia Siemens Networks, the joint venture of Nokia Oyj and Siemens AG, is aiming to sell its manufacturing assets to contract manufacturers in a tender to raise cash and release working capital. Companies participating in the tender are Foxconn Technology Co. Ltd, Flextronics International Ltd., Sanmina-SCI Corp. and Jabil Circuit Inc., Helsingin Sanomat reported, citing confidential NSN documents it had seen. According to the newspaper, the tender was scheduled to close at the end of June. NSN will choose two of the four participants to whom the assets will be sold.
