I'rom Holdings Co Ltd's Subsidiaries to Transfer Business; Amends Consolidated Full-year Outlook for FY Ending March 2013

I'rom Holdings Co Ltd announced that its three subsidiaries will transfer the medical supply sale businesses, drugstore businesses and compounding medicine pharmacy businesses to three Japan-based companies, respectively, at the price of JPY 1,600 million in total, effective December 1, 2012. The Company also lowered its consolidated full-year outlook for revenue from JPY 8,150 million to JPY 6,370 million, and raised its consolidated full-year outlook for operating profit from JPY 110 million to JPY 210 million, ordinary profit from JPY 10 million to JPY 60 million, net profit from JPY 380 million to JPY 900 million and earning per share from JPY 406.36 to JPY 962.42 for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2013. This is due to the recording of JPY 615 million gain on sale of businesses as extraordinary profit, as well as the increased sale of medical support businesses.
